Super White and Onyx Grey Pronorm

Pronorm Y-Line Super White and Onyx Grey Mix

This Pronorm Y-Line Super White and Onyx Grey Mix is a real kitchen for a customer of Modus Kitchens London.

Modus are a well established and creative focused German kitchen specialist in Kensal Rise, NW London. They have 3 German brands on offer, namely Pronorm and Nobilia, plus a less well known but very lovely brand in Warendorf.

The Pronorm Y-Line Super White and Onyx Grey Mix shown here was done for a local customer who had called into their showroom.

Designer Michael commented, "..our customer Clare and her partner were renovating their home and expanding the kitchen out into the garden and they wanted a more open plan and spacious footprint with a lot of light."

Pronorm are an expression of individual style

Looking at the photos of the finished project its nice to see how such a  simple and uncomplicated design is sometimes best.

With the mix of Super White and Onyx Grey to the main run and Super White to the island the design is a great framing for the rest of the tones and textures in the room.

Super White and Onyx Grey Pronorm

Pronorm Y-Line is a versatile door style. Sleek and elegant, this Pronorm Handleless is available in a number of matt and gloss finishes with textured wood finishes such as Oak.

The Y line has redefined the furnishing theme of the kitchen. Strictly linear, almost invisible recessed grips leave the front looking as if it were cast in one piece. Perfectly designed for access, it consistently gets to the heart of the clear design statement..

Modus kitchens were fantastic. I assumed they would be too expensive but I was pleasantly surprised by the range of styles and designs to suit all budgets. Michael was excellent and spent a lot of time helping us design and choose a kitchen that maximised space and functionality. Nothing was too much bother.

The matt finish on this kitchen offers reduced glare, given how much natural lighter comes through the feature, full height windows and sky light. The net result is a kitchen that balances modern styling and classic charm as the exposed brick (with customers own art), the wood insert to the island bookcase and the Range cooker all work perfectly to balance out the polished concrete floor and modern Pronorn kitchen furniture.
